EVENT SCHEDULE

Friday 31 July

• 2:00 PM : Team briefing and pack collection at the MASA stocking shed. All anglers must be present at briefing for rules explanation plus registration forms to be signed. 
• 3:30 PM : Lines in
• 2:00 AM : Lines out (key tag/scoresheet return required by 2.30am) at the main/concrete boat ramp. 

Saturday 1 August

• 10:00-10:30 AM : Key tags to be issued at MASA stocking group shed. 
• 6:30 PM : Lines out
• 7:30–8:00 PM : Scoresheet submitted & key tag returned at the MASA stocking shed. 
• 7:00 PM : Footy, beers and yarns at the MASA stocking shed

Sunday 2 August

• 9:00 AM : Presentations and raffle at the MASA stocking shed

COMPETITION RULES

• Take a photo of your Barramundi on the supplied Pro Lates brag mat with your relevant key tag. 

• Measure from nose to tip. Nose at zero, round up to the nearest cm.
• Only your Best 5 Barramundi count toward your team score.
• Record each fish's time and size on your score sheet, anglers are responsible for accuracy.
• Tiebreaker: biggest Barra in the bag, then first-caught Barra in your bag of 5 (by time).
• Big Barra tiebreaker: first-caught fish by time.
• Pro Lates Photo Draw: catch a barra using a Pro Lates product, submit your photo for a chance to win $250.
• Cast lures only is permitted. (Hard bodies, Vibes, Soft Plastics) No bait or trolling. 
• There is no pre fish ban before the start of the comp, however no boats are allowed on the water between sessions. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• In the event of severe weather or safety concerns, Pro Lates reserves the right to cancel the event with suitable notice, full refunds will be issued in this case.

• If minimum team numbers are not reached, Pro Lates Fishing will issue a full refund to all registered teams..

• Teams wishing to withdraw must do so at least 7 days prior to the event via email to be issued a full refund.

• Withdrawal requests within 7 days of the event will forfeit the teams entry fee alternatively you may find a replacement team to take your spot - this is your responsibility.

Disqualification

• if your key tag is not in the possession of Pro Lates Fishing officials at the required time that sessions catch scores will be eliminated. 

Duty Of Care

• It there is any duty of care issues throughout the tournament these will be assessed on a case by case basis. 
• we highly advise if you have access to bring starlink on your boat please do due to limited service.
